 RLUH registration: Miss Dawn Roberts assisted with registration and raffle sales. Members of the Liverpool Ocular Oncology Research Group dusted off their walking shoes on Friday 20th July, to attend the annual Royal Liverpool Hospital Summer Solstice Walk in aid of the Eye Tumour Research Fund. Together with supporters from the Linda McCartney Centre and Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, over 200 walkers set off at 7pm on the fun four mile walk along the waterfront of the River Mersey. The two hour walk finished in Otterspool at the Active Adventures Centre, with a hearty BBQ as a reward! LOORG would like to thank the Royal Liverpool Hospital fundraising team for all their hard work organising the event.
