LOORG are very pleased to announce that Professor Sarah Coupland was elected President of the European Ophthalmic Oncology Group at the recent biannual meeting.
The Autumn 2011 meeting was held as part of EVER at the Creta Maris Convention Centre near Heraklion, Crete, between the 6th and 9th October. Two additional positions of Treasurer and Honorary Secretary were filled by Prof. Gre Luyten (Leiden) and Dr. Nathalie Cassoux (Paris), with Dr. Daniel Briscoe (Israel) continuing in his current role as Vice President.
Professor Bertil Damato, Honorary Professor and Consultant Ophthalmologist at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, addressed the OOG in his current role of Website Editor and introduced Miss Dawn Roberts to the group as Website Aid.
