Prof. Sarah Coupland
Prof. Bertil Damato
Summary

This is a collaborative study that aims to: (1) compare the global gene expression profiles of human and canine uveal melanoma, to determine whether gene expression signatures that are prognostic for human uveal melanoma are similarly prognostic in canine uveal melanoma; (2) identify genes/pathways deregulated in both species that are most likely to be primary events in disease pathogenesis.
